Return Policy for In-store Purchases of Rugs, Lighting, Accessories and Décor

We gladly accept returns of all regularly priced merchandise for exchange or refund as long as the item(s) are returned within 7 days of your receipt. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition, with original packaging and tags. No credits or exchanges will be issued if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear. Sale or discounted merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.

Please be diligent in your selections and utilize our expert service before deciding on an item. The majority of our furniture is considered special order, therefore not returnable. If a furniture item was purchased off the floor, we accept returns of all regularly priced merchandise for exchange or refund as long as the item(s) are returned within 7 days of your receipt. Merchandise must be returned in the original new condition, unassembled, with original packaging and tags. No credits or exchanges will be issued if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear. Sale or discounted merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Policy for On-line Furniture purchases

Please be diligent in your selections and utilize our expert service before deciding on an item. The majority of our furniture is considered special order, therefore not returnable. 

All online orders may be cancelled within 5 days of purchase, after which time a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Refusal or return of a shipped order will result in no refund of shipping fees and incur a 20% restocking fee.

 

Return Policy for On-line purchases arriving with damage

DUE TO AN INCREASE IN SHIPPING DAMAGE, ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE IS NOW REQUIRED FOR ALL ONLINE LARGE SCALE FURNITURE PURCHASES. Simply leave the Route insurance box checked at checkout to add this vital protection to your order. Any order without Route shipping insurance included will be refunded immediately. If your item(s) arrive with visible outside damage to the box, you must refuse the shipment with the carrier. Take photos of all damage to exterior of package(s), you will need this for any claims with the ROUTE INSURANCE SERVICE. If your item(s) arrive damaged with no visible damage to outside box - take photos of interior damage. All damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any claims made after 2 days are deemed outside of available assistance. Please email photos of all damage to sales@hausful.com. Once your claim has been filed through the ROUTE Insurance service, a replacement for your item(s) will be ordered through our manufacturer if not in stock.

Return Policy for Floor Sample Sale Purchases

Please be diligent in your selections and utilize our expert service before deciding on an item. Sale and Floor Sample merchandise is FINAL SALE and CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Ordering Non-Stocked / Special Order Items

For items that are currently out of stock, please contact Hausful for availability. Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. Payment in full is required at time of purchase.

Sales and Promotions

Sales or Promotions will not be honored after the posted end date and prices will not be adjusted.
